AutoService Colchester

Car was picked up by mechanic and then came back from full service smelling of cigarettes for several days. Additional repairs took weeks due to "waiting for parts" I didn't even need. No explanation or update during this time without me constantly calling. Sent text asking for price estimate - ignored. No one picks up the phone for hours even when they have your car. Would not use again or recommend to anyone. Rude and unprofessional. Car also came back second time again stinking of cigarettes.

Simply fantastic! The service I received, thoroughness and honesty was I best I have experienced. There are good garages out there and this is at the top of my list! The mechanic found that my car was only partly serviced last time and showed me filters and oil conditio, etc. Many thanks again.

Very happy with how the mechanic was working. I came in to get the service done, with no apparent. In 40 minutes everything was ready. Was not expecting the efficiency that he was working with. 100% recommend.
