Changing or cancelling your booking

You can manage your booking online at any time:

  1. Find your booking confirmation email and click the View and Amend Booking button.
  2. Select Edit My Booking to change your appointment or cancel.

You can also manage bookings through your MyGarage account if you have one registered.

Complaints and issue resolution

If something goes wrong with your booking, we will work with both you and the garage to help investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Where the issue relates to work carried out by the garage, the service agreement remains between the customer and the garage providing the work. Our team is here to help manage communication and support a fair resolution.
