In your case, we provided you with a quote before carrying out any work, and you were under no obligation to go ahead—especially if you felt it was higher than other options. We also made the effort to fit your vehicle in on the same day to help you out as quickly as possible. We are very competitive with our pricing, and our quotes reflect the quality of parts used, the standard of workmanship, and the level of service we provide. We understand that different garages may offer different prices, however if you are able to provide a legitimate written quote for the same work at half the price, we would be more than happy to review this with you.
