Unfortunately, we did not have the appropriate staff member available on the day to carry out the work. That said, we did make efforts to resolve the situation by offering a contribution toward the repair costs and recommending a suitable alternative service provider who could assist you, along with a discounted rate. We sincerely regret that you feel dissatisfied and appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. Hi, I’m really sorry you had this experience. Unfortunately, our MOT admissions system broke down when you called. I was in the process of contacting all customers with MOT bookings to let them know that we couldn’t carry out any MOTs that day.
