First time using ACA for Oil servicing for a fairly new (second hand) car and they really looked after me. Communication was great from the very beginning. Kidj wanted to make sure a VW specialist was available to fully check the car (full inspection - for free) on the day of my appointment. After the car was checked he talked me through everything and I was informed of the ACA Club membership that was on offer which is great value! Happy to be the 1st customer! Thank you so much!

This is the third Tesla I’ve owned, Tesla in Milton Keynes could not get me in for 3 weeks! Made an enquiry, booked in for the next day. I had an issue with my head light which needed replacing, part available and car ready on the same day, what an amazing service from these guys. Will definitely be using them in the future for mine and my wife’s EV car.

From the first phone call they have been perfect. I brought my car in the next day and was given a lovely new courtesy car, my car was in for a clutch change where I thought it would take an age as other garages could not fit me in for over a week! Car was ready the same day but I couldn’t make it to collect so they even dropped my car to me and collected the courtesy car and my car was freshly valeted! Amazing guys to deal with
