Cponor Bridge provided an excellent service, however the same cannot be said about "Book my Garage". The garage very kindly checked my vehicle over despite "Book my Garage" not actually arranging the actual appointment. The garage had no knowledge of the appointment.

We're sorry to hear that Copnor Bridge initially advised they were unaware of the appointment, although we're pleased they were able to accommodate you and provide the excellent service you expected. Having reviewed our records, I can confirm that the booking was successfully sent to the garage as soon as it was submitted on 24 June at 10:01pm. Our system also shows that the booking notification email was opened by the garage at 10:09pm the same evening, so the booking was received at their end. It appears that, unfortunately, the appointment may have been overlooked within the garage's booking process. We appreciate that this would have been frustrating and understand why it reflected poorly on your experience with BookMyGarage. However, we hope this demonstrates that we processed and communicated the booking as expected. Thank you again for your comments.
Great service found the problem quickly and great price and very professional
I have been using Copnor garage for a few years now and always have great service from them. They are very informative about things. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them.
