Your vehicle was booked in for an MOT and a major service, and all agreed work was completed, including replacing the engine oil, oil filter and air filter in accordance with the manufacturer's service schedule. We have carried out work on your vehicle previously, and the standard of our workmanship has always remained consistent. The suggestion that you were deliberately ignored or treated differently is simply not accurate. Our staff serve customers according to the demands of the workshop and reception at the time, and there was never any intention to make you feel overlooked or patronised. We stand by the work carried out on your vehicle. If you had any concerns about the service or wanted further clarification, we would have welcomed the opportunity to discuss them directly. We believe this review does not fairly reflect the quality of service that was provided.
