In addition to these notifications, every garage listed with us has access to their own garage portal, where they can view and manage all bookings made through our platform. We will be contacting the garage directly to discuss what happened and ensure they are reviewing and managing their bookings correctly to prevent situations like this from occurring again.
After doing a quick Google search, it diagnosed that my car required an Aircon refill however this sadly wasn’t the case, I booked an Aircon refill only to find out after the Garage had done this that in fact it was the compressor failing. When I challenged the Garage and said well surely someone should’ve checked this before refilling they quickly took on board what I’d said in fact so much so that they reduce the price to just a diagnostics charge of £60! So thank you!
