It's important to state our franchise partners are responsible for updating their booking lead times & it would appear in this instance they have not. We have requested they carry out some internal training ASAP. Apologies again.
The garage didn't contact me to confirm the appointment so I called them to see what time they needed my car. They informed me that they didn’t have time for my appointment any more and had tried to call me. I didn’t have any missed calls or emails from them and don’t believe that they tried to contact me at all.
I did not have a positive experience!
