“Great service”

Discovered Stoke Hammond service centre a few years ago and it’s now the only place I use, on recent visit I booked in for replacement on brakes and a few other things quoted by my main Nissan dealer. Not only was SH Garage far cheaper they also highlighted how the brakes didn’t actually need changing yet, so will go back in a few months time. Communication from them was excellent and the whole team are always friendly. Highly recommend anyone in the area to give these guys a try.

I wish all car service centres had the same attitude towards customers, I sat in the waiting area listening to calls and conversations and having been in the motor industry for forty years I was very impressed with the care and fairness the customers were treated with. I got the clear impression that providing good service and value for money was central, rather than ‘fleecing’ customers for every penny.
