Thank you for taking the time to share your review, unfortunately parts on your Honda CRV are not the cheapest as the car is a medium size SUV. Despite that we charged you £95 for a track rod end replacement including fitting. As you know, you were sent a video highlighting the issues on your car, furthermore you were given all the prices before any work commencement. Therefore we did everything we could to be transparent and communicate with you before stating any work. Best wishes with your car.
