Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. I’m sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your recent experience. I understand from your message that you had previously mentioned a noise issue in the booking notes, however the problem had not occurred for several months and may already have been resolved by a previous garage. I appreciate your point that you should have been contacted before any work was carried out or charges applied relating to that concern. While our team noted the comment on the booking and attempted to investigate it during the appointment, we recognize that it would have been better to confirm with you first that the issue was still present. I’m also sorry that the comment regarding the time charged caused further frustration. This was certainly not intended to come across the wrong way, and I apologies if it did.
